In this seminar, Mike Ting, Professor of Political Science at Columbia University, will present his theory on how regional organizational capacity and national level government turnover affect the revision and implementation of different public projects. Mike Ting, Riccardo Barbieri, Vittoria Cerasi, and Tommaso Nannicini, will then analyze possible implications for the implementation of Italy's recovery fund projects, in light of the differences in regional administrative capabilities and the recent change in the central government.
