This new workshop series brings together researchers interested in studying what happens inside firms and other organizations. It covers areas such as:
• Personnel economics
• Organizational economics
• Management and productivity
• Incentives and contracts
Theorerical, empirical, and experimental contributions in these and related areas will be covered. The theme of the first edition of the workshop is: “New approaches to managerial economics.” The keynote speakers are:
• John Roberts, Stanford University
• Antoinette Schoar, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
