The annual CEPR Workshop on Incentives, Management and Organization (IMO) has been running for six years now. Since its inception, at Bocconi University in 2012, the IMO workshop has become a prestigious event bringing together economists and strategy scholars from leading European and US universities. The workshop takes place in early September over two days, during which scholars meet and share their works at the frontier of the theoretical and empirical study of firm organization and decision-making. Since the 2017 edition, the IMO Workshop has been linked to the CEPR Workshop in Entrepreneurship, thus extending the total duration of the event to three days.

The mix of participants, counting both established scholars and junior professors who use a broad array of approaches from theoretical to econometric and experimental, provides an ideal environment to share new research ideas but also get developmental comments on ongoing projects.
